Playing Sports and Activities at the YMCA 4:00 – 5:00 pm

NDAC and the YMCA are proud to offer Activities and Sports Classes for children living with disabilities and their siblings, friends, parents &/or caregivers. These events will take place on the 2^nd Sunday of every month, beginning on Sunday, October 9^th at the Missouri Valley YMCA in Bismarck, ND.

We will have special activities each month and will split into groups based on age and needs of participants.

Activities will be led by our friends at the University of Mary!

This is a Free and structured event therefore we will need you to register so we can prepare with supplies needed.

*You do not need to be a member of the YMCA to participate.*

Thank you to all the families that were able to participate at the Fun Art Day with VSA North Dakota. It was a fun time while the children and their parents were working together on the Community Mural along with the ladies from The Open Box. We will keep you posted with exciting things to come from this project.
